Let's face it! Investing in education is always a good thing. But then again it got me thinking......Everyone wants to make 100K a year and have the house and the kids/wife, Life of a dream. But it requires alot of hard work.
Eventually when you pass 20+ years of your life going through school, you finally deserve a well paying job! But the whole buzz is, the goverment is at your door to collect. They're there to capitalize on your behalf! Wana collect a pay check? they make deductions, wana spend the money that you just earned? Well prepare to shell out more tax on money that has already suffered deductions. The best part the kicks me in the balls is, you try puting money in a RRSP or GIC etc....... well guess what..................that money gets taxed to high shit too! It's a joke!
Don't get me wrong, Health care is important! but the point I'm trying to get at is that Your 100K a year job quickly turns into 50K ..... Got a mortgage? well shit depending on your mortgage plan, a high % of your money goes towards paying interest alone! It's a scenario that millions of people face everyday. AND IT'S BULLSHIT!
Because of this, Everyone has to develop a game plan. A hustle on the side. Life is too short to spend 8 hours a day @ work and then 8 hours a day sleeping and 2+ hours going to and from work etc. OMGWTF? what a waste of life!
I'm trying to help open peoples eye's. While we are young, work hard! Use your BRAIN not your BACK! Do it right so that in 10 years time, you have people working for you. Let the money keep coming, while you sit on your royal ass! Invest! take the chance! Don't be another #.
There are alot of good books out there, but don't waste your time trying to read them. The KEY IS TIME!
Shit, If I were to have started out as a lawn care technician instead of going to school, I would have people working for me in that industry right now!
